MY investing blueprint

Hello bozzs, it's Arhó Albert

Back in the day, loyal workers were rewarded with a pension in retirement. And every month, that pension check would drop in their bank account like clockwork. Wow – time’s have changed!
Not many people have that promise of a pension anymore. And even those that do could lose it with a snap of the fingers. But what if YOU could create that same kind of retirement income for yourself? What if you could build your own pension plan that generates new money that lands in your bank account month after month, without fail? It's not a fantasy. It's the power of cash flow assets, and it's within your reach.

Why You Can't Afford to Ignore This – Passive income isn't just a buzzword; it's a financial game-changer. And the key? Cash flow assets. Want to learn how to get these cash flow assets for yourself? That’s just one of the vital strategies I’m giving you at a free full day investing event I’m teaching called "R-One Blueprint.”

60 percent of young people with COVID vaccine-induced myocarditis showed heart damage 6 months later

This article was published on The Defender—Children’s Health Defense News & Views Website on September 13, 2024 Sixty percent of young people who were hospitalized with myocarditis after receiving an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine still showed signs of myocardial injury roughly six months after getting the shot, according to a new peer-reviewed study funded by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Critics said the study authors—who published their report in The Lancet on Sept. 6 — downplayed the seriousness of the study’s findings. They also noted that some authors had ties to the government and Big Pharma that may have influenced the research. Advertisement
The study authors, led by Dr. Supriya S. Jain, a pediatric cardiologist and researcher at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, New York, analyzed health outcome data and biomarkers from 333 patients ages 5-30, from 38 U.S. hospitals, who were diagnosed with COVID-19 mRNA vaccine-induced myocarditis. The researchers used late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) in cardiac MRIs to determine which areas of the patients’ heart tissue were injured. Gadolinium is a metal used to help doctors see abnormal tissues in MRI scans with more detail, according to Drugwatch. The presence of LGE is often associated with worse outcomes, such as a higher risk of heart failure or arrhythmias, according to Trial Site News in its coverage of the study.
The authors followed up with 307 of the 333 patients by analyzing their health data collected from April 2021 to November 2022. The time between vaccination and follow-up varied, with a median of 178 days. The results revealed that LGE persisted in the cardiac MRIs of 60% of the patients at the follow-up. Jain and her co-authors called these results “reassuring,” noting that there had not been any reported cardiac-related deaths or heart transplants at the time of writing their report. They recommended “continued clinical surveillance and long-term studies.” Daniel O’Conner of Trial Site News criticized the FDA as the study’s funder. “The FDA is not keeping up with its tradition of ‘patient safety first,’” he told The Defender, adding: “The procedures that were used and the outcomes that were identified are associated with a higher probability of more severe conditions. “The FDA [study authors] rightly called for ongoing surveillance — but they don’t have the urgency they should, given the vulnerabilities of the population.” Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker agreed, telling The Defender he was “disgusted” by the study authors’ downplaying of cardiac harm caused by the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. “It’s telling that 60% of the myocarditis patients were still showing significant inflammation and damage,” he said. “You get vaccinated, get myocarditis and then have a ticking time bomb in your chest for the rest of your life.” Trial Site News — which aims to “drive more interest and awareness in clinical research” — made a similar point. “We here at TrialSite have concerns about the incidence, commonality of LGE and its association with propensity for more severe conditions if not now into the future.” Trial Site News also said it was concerned about the many vaccine-induced myocarditis cases that aren’t presenting in the hospital and which thus weren’t included in the study. “What happens as they age?” Heather Ray, a science and research analyst with CHD, pointed out that prior studies show that myocarditis can be life-threatening and can cause subclinical changes and scarring of the heart. “I don’t feel that any incidence of vaccine-induced myocarditis is reassuring,” Ray told The Defender. “Additionally, we have all witnessed several anecdotal or personal reports of individuals who died from vaccine-induced cardiac issues over the past four years.” Dr. Peter McCullough told The Defender that as a cardiologist, he was “greatly concerned” that COVID-19 vaccine heart damage in the majority of young people studied hadn’t resolved at the time of follow-up. “The investigators should extend their efforts and measure spike protein or its antibodies in the blood and study strategies to eliminate mRNA and spike protein from the body,” McCullough said. “This is the best hope of reducing the damage done by COVID-19 vaccination.” Is vaccine-induced myocarditis less serious than myocarditis caused by COVID virus? In their study, Jain and her co-authors also compared the results from the vaccine-inducted myocarditis patients with health data from 100 children with multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C), a “rare but serious condition associated with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in which different body parts become inflamed, including the heart,” according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The authors explained: “To gain a better perspective of the severity of cardiac involvement and myocardial injury in myocarditis associated with the COVID-19 vaccine in the pediatric population, we compared it with MIS-C, a serious complication of COVID-19 with common cardiac dysfunction.” Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., a senior research scientist with CHD, told The Defender the authors’ choice was “scientifically perplexing.” “Why compare C-VAM [COVID-19 vaccine-associated myocarditis] to MIS-C?” he asked. “Wouldn’t comparing vaccine-induced myocarditis to virus-induced myocarditis be an even better perspective?” The health data reported in the study show what a bad comparison the two make, he said: “Table 1’s C-VAM vs. MIS-C p-value shows the children and adults who make up the two cohorts are radically different in age, weight, sex and race. “And because they are different diseases, 5 of 8 presenting symptoms are different, 7 of 11 biomarkers are different, 9 of 10 hospital course metrics are different, both echocardiography metrics are different, 3 of the 5 left ventricular dysfunction metrics are different, and 5 of the 14 cardiac magnetic resonance metrics are different.” Jablonowski speculated that the authors chose MIS-C as a comparator so they could compare vaccine-inducted myocarditis to “something worse.” The authors concluded that cardiac dysfunction was “less common” in patients with vaccine-induced myocarditis than in patients with MIS-C. They also said that the “initial clinical course” of myocarditis among those with vaccine-induced myocarditis was “more likely to be mild.” Researchers use dismissive words for vaccine-induced myocarditis
Jablonowski said the study authors used language to do “a lot of narrative-building” around vaccine-induced myocarditis and its symptoms, “namely that it’s ‘mild,’ ‘rare,’ ‘transient’ and ‘worth the risk.’” They used the word “mild” no less than 24 times, almost always when describing vaccine-induced myocarditis, while the word “serious” appeared only once — and as a descriptor of MIS-C. “Shiral Halal and her family would not consider it mild,” Jablonowski said. “She was a healthy 22-year-old Israeli woman, and the first publicly disclosed fatality, who died two weeks after her second Pfizer-BioNTech dose.” McCullough said, “I disagree with the authors that this is a ‘mild condition,’ as Takada et al. recently reported a 9.6% mortality rate in young persons with vaccine myopericarditis. Even small areas of damage invisible to cardiac MRI could put vaccine recipients at risk for a future cardiac arrest.” Myopericarditis is an umbrella term for myocarditis, inflammation of the heart, and pericarditis, inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart. Hooker said, “The use of the terms ‘mild’ and ‘rare’ have no place in this type of discourse. However, these researchers ‘pepper’ that type of wrong-headed and dismissive verbiage throughout the paper while genuflecting to the vaccine gods about how the clot shot is a ‘cornerstone in the mitigation of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.’” This article was published by The Defender—Children Health Defense News & Views Website under Creative Commons license CCBYNCND 4.4.0

A prescription for humanity

The image shows a book with the Earth on it. The book is open and the Earth is floating above it. The background is dark blue. [Editor’s note: The following edited text is taken from an Oct. 17, 2002 message by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in Springfield, Massachusetts. To order this message in its entirety visit store.finalcall.com.] In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful. The Holy Qur’an says that by nature we are born to surrender our will to do the Will of Allah (God). That’s the nature of the human being. We have been other than that, but we hope and pray that Allah (God) will bless us to come back to the path of surrender to Him and to His Will that we might change the way we live and come again into the path of Divine Favor. We have to understand what our purpose (as human beings) is and do what our purpose is. The Qur’an teaches that Allah (God) created nothing without an aim and a purpose. In everything that He creates, He had something in mind for it; and it justifies its existence by fulfilling its purpose. Advertisement He had something in mind when He created the human being. Unfortunately, we are not fulfilling our purpose; and because we are not fulfilling our purpose, we have not yet justified our existence. Instead of our working in harmony with nature and its laws, we are working in opposition to nature and its laws. Therefore, we don’t have long life. We don’t have healthy life and, ofttimes, we don’t live a meaningful life. Thus, many of us live and die having not contributed much to the onward march of human civilization. We must reverse that. What was the plan of Allah (God) in creating a human being since the sun, the moon, the stars, the birds, the bees, the leaves, everything that He created, has a purpose? He didn’t miss when He created a human; and nothing that He created is less than excellent. Everything that you see—the bee, the ant, the flowers, the planets, and the stars—is excellent. It’s just a magnificent creation, but look at us. He didn’t create us to be less than excellent. He created us with that same excellence that He created everything else. In fact, He created us with more because He gave the human being something that He never gave any of His creatures. He gave us the free will to choose and then He offers us the right way. But He lets us choose if we wish to follow His Way. Nobody gave us life but Allah (God). Mom and dad are agents of creation, but He and He alone is Creator. So if He gave us this precious thing called life, why shouldn’t we let Him direct us on how we should live this precious life that He gave us? When you go to your doctor and he looks at you, he will tell you this is wrong and that is wrong. He will give you a prescription. When you read the bottle and it says take two pills after your meal but you take 10, then you overdose. You saw what was on the bottle and you did something contrary; so you were attempting to harm yourself by disobeying the instructions. Well, if we go back to the Genesis of the Bible and the Al-Baqarah (The Cow) of the Qur’an, we have something similar in the story of creation. In the Genesis, Allah (God) creates the human, saying He’s going to create us in His own image after His own likeness. From the biblical point of view, we are called, “the Glory of God.” Every human that you see walking has something in him from the Creator that sets him or her apart from the lower animals. When you say we’re created in the image and the likeness of Allah (God), that means that when I see you, I’m looking at a miniature reflection of Him whom I worship. The Bible says, “How can you love God, whom you have never seen, and hate your brother whom you see everyday?” When we’re in each other’s presence, we should honor and respect one another on the level that we operate as though we’re in the presence of the Unseen Power that gave us all the life that we have. So I don’t have to wait to see Allah (God) to show honor and respect for Him. When I see you, that’s enough for me. I show honor and respect to Allah (God) by showing honor and respect to you. Created in His image Since He created us, He has to give us direction. So He starts in the Genesis where He creates a man and tells him to multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it. Then the Book says He gave the man dominion over the fowl of the air, the fish of the sea, and every creeping thing that crawls upon the earth. When Allah (God) gives you dominion, that means He gives you the capacity to rule what He created: The fowl of the air, the fish of the sea and every creeping thing that crawls. He’s not only giving you dominion on that level, but He has a universe that when you can master one level, He can make you able to master other levels. A human being, as a reflection of Allah (God), can master the universe that He created. But you don’t see yourself as a potential master of the universe. In fact, we hardly see ourselves as a potential master of anything. Therefore, we fall into the trap that Jesus talked about: “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” If I can make you think that you are not able to master anything, then I’ve got you in a state that is less than what Allah (God) intended for you. So your whole psyche, your whole mind, your process of thinking has to be changed because you are able to master whatever you put your heart and mind to. And you can master it with degrees of excellence. If you look at our slave experience, the slave master never wanted us to see ourselves as a master. He deliberately worked to destroy your ability to think beyond what he wanted you to think. He was acting in opposition to Allah (God) when he made another human being a slave and then made you think less of yourself than what Allah (God) intended for you to be. Rebellion to Allah (God), who created you, literally stifles your own growth into Him. No matter how great the science and technology of this world is, it produces death because the persons who are advancing civilization are still in rebellion to Allah (God). Even though civilization is advancing, even though you’re taking steps forward for life, your mind in rebellion to Allah (God) causes you to make mischief with the ideas that He gives you. So we have a messed up world where what happened in the Genesis literally has become full grown now to the book of Revelation, biblically, and full grown from Al-Fatihah (The Opening) or Al-Baqarah (The Cow) to the Surahs or the chapters of refuge that close the Qur’an. In the book of Revelation, the serpent has grown to be a dragon, a great beast, and violence is so pervasive that the mark of the beast is in the forehead and in the hand of everybody in that society. Look at the level of violence that pervades this nation. This nation has been blessed to be the greatest nation in terms of wealth and technological advancement and medical science. Life of a Muslim, Christian We who call ourselves Muslims are trying to live a good life, a moral life, an exemplary life. We’re not perfect at it, but we’re striving to be better than what we were. Islam (submission) is what Jesus taught, meaning that Jesus said, “not my will, but Thy Will be done.” Jesus was an example of perfect obedience. That’s what made him so great. But Jesus could never be an example for us if he didn’t suffer the things that we suffer and overcome them to master Satan. Jesus said, if any man would be his disciple, that person must first deny himself, pick up his or her cross and then follow him (Jesus). Jesus said we must let the Holy Spirit into our lives that would allow us to live a life as he lived. We’ve gotten so confused because Satan does not want right religion taught to the people. Satan doesn’t mind you saying that there’s a God as long as you just can’t locate Him. Satan knows that while you’re running around looking for Allah (God), he (Satan) is playing god. Whatever you want, he (Satan) has it and he’ll offer it to you on condition. All of us need money. Satan prints it and you want some, but he says, do this, and for money you kill your brother. For money, you’ll sell your daughter. For money, you’ll sell your soul. For a piece of paper that somebody else put a value on, you will rob another human and kill another human because he has no value. You take a piece of paper with a dead president on it, with a number on it, and that means more than a fellow human being? That’s degradation. You (human family) are on your deathbed right now and you don’t know it. Stress is killing us. Young men are dying of heart attacks. Children are having strokes because mother doesn’t shop anymore, so you’re feeding your children fast food death. Your health is shot—high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. We’re in the valley of the shadow of death and there is no place to hide but to hide in Allah (God). I think that’s why Jesus said, “Come unto me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest.” All of you that are burdened down, come and I (Jesus) will lift those burdens up off of you. I’m saying to you, my dear family in Springfield, let’s come back to Almighty Allah (God), Who created our life, and let Him order our lives. We who are Muslims have an ordered, regulated life. It’s a beautiful life. As a Christian, you should have an ordered life—a life that starts with prayer and a day that goes on in service of Allah (God) by the way you live your life, and the night is ended with thanksgiving to Allah (God) for bringing you through the day. Then you ask Him to take you through the night and wake you up again tomorrow and let you be in your right mind.

Time of Trouble

The Wise Guidance I am here today to give you guidance The word “Time” tells us that there is a term, or a period, where certain actions are going to take place If this is a “Time of Trouble,” then we want to be able to get through it successfully How can I get out? and if the doors are sufficient, Which door should I go to? Trouble: Well, I guess we all know what “Trouble” is … Losing our health High blood pressure HIV/AIDS Barack Obama: He’s trying to “fix” the unfixable Oath of Office on a Bible Mitt Romney tomorrow— In a “Time of Trouble” Binyamin (Benjamin) Netanyahu, can come So what happened to “democracy This “time of trouble” foretold of in scripture What kind of “Trouble”? To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven A time to mourn, and a time to dance There is a time for every purpose under the heaven Well, if we have entered that “time of trouble,” the like of which there has never been Surely man is in loss, Except those who believe and do good Except those who believe and do good… God’s Decree will be sent down And so when The Decree is sent down

Younger generations at high risk for some cancers

Mention cancer and people’s hearts start to beat faster and the diagnosis can cause panic. The good news is that cancer deaths in the U.S. have decreased in recent years. The bad news is that cancer among adults under 50 is on the rise. The American Cancer Society’s recent report looked at rates of 34 different kinds of cancer over several decades and found that 17 of them were more prevalent in Millennials and Gen Xers including nine that previously had declining incidence in older people. The incidence rate for some forms was two to three times higher in people born in 1990 than in 1955. The report suggested more research is required to determine the reasons for the rise in younger generations, but the authors cite diet, obesity, and environmental toxins as major contributing factors. Diet has changed so drastically over the past few decades. People are eating more processed foods than ever before. People are also fatter than ever before. Obesity is a major problem for those generations. Further, there are more chemicals in the air. People are exposed to chemicals in their environment as well as in their food. How to Eat to Live Many have forgotten what that book contains or they haven’t read it. People are also home more on Xboxes and social media. They aren’t getting out and exercising as much. Couple the obesity problems with an increase in Type 2 diabetes. People just don’t exercise like they used to,” said Erin Muhammad. The new report used information from 23,654,000 people diagnosed with 34 types of cancer and 7,348,137 deaths from 25 cancers from 2000–2019. The scientists found an increased incidence in 17 of the 34 cancers in progressively younger generations. These cancers include: • ovary • colorectal cancer • endometrial cancer • kidney and renal pelvis • pancreas • leukemia: a blood cancer The increase in cancer was more widespread in cancers of the small intestine, thyroid, kidney and renal pelvis, and pancreas. Compared with people born in 1955, the incidence in those born in 1990 was two- to three-fold greater. Also, five cancer types stood out for their increased mortality rates: • liver in females • endometrial cancer • gallbladder • testicular • colorectal cancers These findings are sobering as they indicate the increased cancer risk in younger generations is not merely an artifact due to more frequent cancer detection and diagnosis. Diet The American diet has changed over several generations. Once upon a time, farms provided the bulk of the food people ate. Today, the American diet is typically full of ready-made meals, ice cream, candies, energy bars, processed meats, packaged snacks, cookies, cakes, and pastries. Researchers have found that eating ultra-processed foods, those that contain multiple ingredients such as fat, oil, additives such as flavors, colors, sweeteners, and emulsifiers, high in sugar, salt, and manufactured through a multitude of industrial processes are linked to an increased risk of diseases such as heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, and more. Ultra-processed foods are manufactured industrially from multiple ingredients that usually include additives used for technological and/or cosmetic purposes. Ultra-processed foods are mostly consumed in the form of snacks, desserts, or ready-to-eat or -heat meals, and their consumption has largely increased during the past several decades. It is very difficult to eat healthy when grocery stores with fresh food are several bus rides away and you don’t have a car. What are you supposed to do? It’s almost like a conspiracy to give Black and poor people bad health. We don’t have access to the food that will give us good health. The stores in my neighborhood that do have some fresh food, you don’t want to buy it because it’s going bad. I want my family to eat better. I don’t want them to eat everything out of a can, or a box or to just eat something we heat and serve. Even though it is easier and faster. We live a hectic life and it does make things easier. However, I understand now it’s not healthier and I should read labels. Researchers have found that in the United States, 61 percent of an adult’s total diet comes from ultra-processed foods, in Canada, it is 62 percent, and in the United Kingdom, that proportion is 63 percent. That steady diet can lead to obesity, high blood pressure and cancer. We’re at the mercy of others because we don’t have earth that would give us sustainable agricultural growth and progress. Obesity Better Policies for a Healthier America by the Trust for America’s Health found steady increases in obesity rates across population groups. They attribute the continuing rise to multiple factors including societal, biological, genetic, and environmental, which are often beyond personal choice. Over the past two decades obesity rates have climbed for all population groups with certain populations of color experiencing the highest rates, often due to structural barriers to healthy eating and a lack of opportunities and places to be physically active. Nationally, 41.9 percent of adults have obesity. Black and Latino adults have the highest obesity rates at 49.9 percent and 45.6 percent respectively. People living in rural communities have higher rates of obesity than people living in urban and suburban areas. The latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, 22 states had an adult obesity rate at or above 35 percent, up from 19 states the prior year. A decade ago, no state had an adult obesity rate at or above the 35 percent level. People are concerned that they are eating the wrong foods and it can lead to weight gain but have few opportunities to do better. Part of the problem is that culturally we don’t cook anymore. Food used to be the center of celebrations and get-togethers. Not anymore. We go out or have food brought in. Now we have grandmothers that don’t know how to cook. We don’t know how to eat to live. We just eat what I give you and that’s corporate processed food high in sugars and high in carbohydrates which we eat too many of. Then we drink too many sweet drinks both leading to extra unwanted pounds. The cycle starts with pregnancy. You have a young mom eating off the dollar menu. She doesn’t breastfeed. Her baby gets formula, then she puts cereal in the formula, then baby food from a jar, then chicken nuggets and French fries. Then they go to school for more processed food. It’s no wonder we are fat and then have high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and other poor health issues. Environmental toxins A recent rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency requires more than 200 chemical plants nationwide to reduce toxic emissions that are likely to cause cancer for people living near commercial sterilization facilities across the country. Areas benefiting the most from the new rule include majority-Black neighborhoods outside New Orleans. The rule will significantly reduce emissions of chloroprene and other harmful pollutants at the Denka Performance Elastomer facility in LaPlace, Louisiana, the largest source of chloroprene emissions in the country. Every community in this country deserves to breathe clean air. That’s why I took the Journey to Justice tour to communities like St. John the Baptist Parish, where residents have borne the brunt of toxic air for far too long. We promised to listen to folks that are suffering from pollution and act to protect them. Today we deliver on that promise with strong final standards to slash pollution, reduce cancer risk and ensure cleaner air for nearby communities. We have followed the science and listened to communities to fulfill our responsibility to safeguard public health from this pollution—including the health of children, who are particularly vulnerable to carcinogens early in life. We’ve arrived at a historically strong rule that will protect the most exposed communities from toxic air pollution while also ensuring that there will be a process that safeguards our nation’s critical supply of sterilized medical equipment. The rule applies to 218 facilities spread across the United States—more than half in Texas or Louisiana. Plants also are located in two dozen other states, including Ohio and other Midwest states, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and throughout the South, according to Fluffy. While those toxic emissions are a cancer concerne, the most harmful environmental toxin thought to contribute to carcinogenesis is the use of plastics and their breakdown products. This is why we have to have land. We have to begin farming. We have to take land that is not being used, and seek government permission—or even get together in your communities, and buy the vacant lot, the Scourge Of Biological And Chemical Weapons In America, The Time and What Must Be Done. This is why we have to have land. We have to begin farming. We have to take land that is not being used, and seek government permission—or even get together in your communities, and buy the vacant lot. And then learn gardening, and how to garden; and then get good seeds and start planting food, because it is only when you plant, and know what you’re planting, and eat what you plant; then your health will improve, and your doctors’ bills will subside. And when we get into How To Eat To Live, and show you how this is done, we can get away from so much drugs in medical form.

Y'all Scared For Ya Kids

History says that those who are moved by the spirit to go contrary to the flow of traffic toward madness and who wish to be recorded as a sane voice, though crying in the wilderness for peace, are often reviled and persecuted Maligned and evil spoken of by their contemporaries, who never quite get to know them until after they’re gone
History tells us that good men in this world have suffered from their contemporaries and the rulers of their time period because they represented a truth that the rulers did not desire the people to be persuaded by, lest the people be persuaded against policies and the programs of the leadership
But at some point in time, someone studies their lives, someone researches the paths that they trod and writes a history This is a time of trouble like there never was since there was a time You and I, after having suffered 400 years of the worst kind of oppression Righteous people can look like that sometimes You, as a people, have been ridden by false leaders—racist White supremacists We cannot allow America to be led by the blind, spiritually dead and wicked, and we, like dumb jackasses You may ask Farrakhan Why would you go across the water to make peace when the ghetto that you left in Chicago and where you stand in Anacostia is not in peace? We have a global assignment. Africa is ours, Australia, New Zealand, the Isles of the Pacific
I love you whether you love me or not. I try to avoid that which will cause us to clash with each other, because the big fight is not us with each other. The big fight is us with the voices of evil that have put us at odds with each other.
