An adult who died in Lea County, New Mexico, tested positive for measles, state health officials said on Thursday, but officials did not confirm that measles caused the death.
David Morgan, public information officer for the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH), told The Defender today that the state’s medical examiner is still investigating the official cause of death.
However, given the presence of the measles virus, the health department was counting the death as a “measles-related death,” Morgan said.
He said no additional information about the patient would be released, including comorbidities or other information about the patient’s health status.
The NMDOH said in a press release that a laboratory confirmed the presence of the measles virus and that the person was unvaccinated. The health department also said the person did not seek medical attention before dying, suggesting the measles test was performed post-mortem.
New Mexico health authorities said people should get vaccinated. “We don’t want to see New Mexicans getting sick or dying from measles,” said Dr. Chad Smelser, NMDOH deputy state epidemiologist. “The measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine is the best protection against this serious disease.”
The health department scheduled two free MMR vaccination clinics for next week.
The New Mexico Office of the Medical Examiner and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) did not respond to The Defender’s request for comment.
The NMDOH announcement followed news last week that a hospitalized 6-year-old child in Texas who died also reportedly tested positive for measles — it was the first measles-related death reported in the U.S. in 10 years. Texas health authorities did not release additional information about the child’s health.
‘Why do they keep so much information hidden?’
Internist Dr. Meryl Nass, who has been covering the measles outbreaks on her Substack, said, “The big question in my mind is, why do they keep so much information hidden?”
Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), voiced a similar concern. “This is the second death reported from a state health department where the minimum amount of information was released.” He accused health authorities of inciting fear and promoting vaccination as the “solution to that fear.”
In an email to The Defender, Jablonowski wrote:
“Lea County [New Mexico]: adult, unvaccinated, measles, dead. Lubbock [Texas]: school-aged child, unvaccinated, measles, dead. Without cause of death, comorbidities, circumstances, or any other details, it is akin to screaming fire in a crowded theater.”
CHD Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker said the adult who died was not tested for measles until after death — presumably an autopsy — showing that the person “most likely died with the measles but not necessarily from the measles.”
Hooker added:
“This is similar to the death of a young adult woman in 2015 in Washington state whose autopsy testing revealed she died with the measles virus. The woman had multiple comorbidities, including pneumonia, which was the cause of death.
“To tell the reader that they died from the measles is quite a quantum leap for a deceased person who wasn’t tested for measles until their autopsy, which yielded a positive test.
“Also, was it a RT-PCR test? Do we know the reliability of the test? There are so many questions that need to be answered rather than ‘rubber stamping’ this a ‘measles death.’
“It seems all too convenient for the narrative of ‘vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate.’”
Mainstream media were quick to report that the adult death in New Mexico was from measles, even though the NMDOH did not confirm that:

Public health strategy: ‘increase vaccination rates at all costs’
Six adults and four children have tested positive for measles in Lea County, which borders West Texas, where a larger outbreak is ongoing. However, health authorities have not confirmed a link between the two outbreaks.
The outbreak in West Texas — particularly in Gaines County — garnered mainstream media attention after the Texas Department of State Health Services last week reported what it called “the first death from measles in the ongoing outbreak in the South Plains and Panhandle regions.”
Media reports highlighted the fact that many of the cases were among a Mennonite community.
Many members of that community said they feel “frustrated” and “targeted” by mainstream media coverage of the outbreak, said Mennonite community member Tina Siemens in an interview with The Defender.
“The media is portraying the unvaccinated as uneducated” and reporting that because they decline the vaccine, “they are the ones that are carrying all of the measles outbreak,” Siemens said.
Jablonowski said this type of coverage is part of a public health strategy:
“If you are over 12 months old and unvaccinated, you are unvaccinated for a reason. And there are many good reasons: religious convictions, personal philosophy, a different view of medicine, a different interpretation of the science, a different balance of risk, the beneficial effects of actually getting wild-type measles, and — frankly — distrust in the widely and wildly conflicted zealots.
“The posturing of so-called public health is to increase vaccination rates at all costs. It is a value-free enterprise, meaning it doesn’t matter what your values are — they still want you to vaccinate. When we accept achieving a goal as value-free is when we lose our humanity, let alone our freedoms.”
41 deaths reported to VAERS following MMR or MMRV vaccines in past 10 years
Evidence exists of serious health risks associated with the MMR vaccine. Researchers in 2004 found that boys vaccinated with their first MMR vaccine on time were 67% more likely to get diagnosed with autism compared to boys who got their first vaccine after their 3rd birthday.
The CDC recommends that children receive their first dose of the MMR vaccine between 12 and 15 months old.
Research also shows that the MMR vaccine causes febrile seizures, anaphylaxis, meningitis, encephalitis, thrombocytopenia, arthralgia and vasculitis.
Over the past 10 years, there have been 41 deaths following MMR or MMRV vaccination reported in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
There is also evidence that contracting measles provides more comprehensive and long-term immunity to the illness, although the illness can also be serious.
“There are risks from measles and risks from the vaccine,” Nass wrote. “There are apparent benefits from both. … And everyone should have the right to balance their own risks and benefits and make this decision for themselves.”
Mainstream media smears treatments
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. last week recommended vaccination against measles. However, he also endorsed treatments for the disease — which mainstream media used to discredit Kennedy and the treatments he recommended.
The Times wrote:
“This outbreak has been a trial by fire of the new secretary of health and human services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a prominent vaccine skeptic. His equivocal response has drawn harsh criticism from scientists, who say he has offered muted support for vaccination and has emphasized untested treatments for measles like cod liver oil.”
However, according to doctors who treat patients with measles, the treatments Kennedy recommended — cod liver oil (a food-based source of vitamin A and vitamin D), budesonide (a steroid used to relieve inflammation affecting the airways), and clarithromycin (an antibiotic) — can be effective.
Nass noted that the World Health Organization also recommends vitamin A supplements to treat measles.
Dr. Ben Edwards, an integrative medicine family practitioner in Lubbock who has been treating measles patients there, told The Defender earlier this week that he was having a lot of success with what the Times called “untested treatments” for measles.
He also said that the hospital treating the child who died refused to give the child “breathing treatments,” as the family requested.
Reports also indicate that children exposed to the measles in Texas are being given the MMR vaccine, which is contraindicated for anyone who is pregnant, immunocompromised or sick with a fever — a common measles symptom — according to its package insert.
Of course, this upset the Muslim world, and it upset many of our Christian brothers and sisters, that a Black man born in America, born in Georgia, who only went to the 4th grade of school said that he met with God, and God taught him night and day for three and one-half years, then went away, and left him here with a mission to raise the Black man and woman of America up from the grave of mental death and ignorance.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad was laughed at; he was mocked and scorned and ridiculed. But White people did not laugh at him—they knew better. When war broke out in 1941, by executive order, the president of the United States had the Honorable Elijah Muhammad taken off of the streets because they did not want a Black man teaching Black men and women the proper use of themselves.
For they wanted to use our bodies to prosecute a war that was not in our interest, even as President Bush is using the bodies of Black boys and girls to prosecute a war that is not in our best interest.
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad made many ministers and sent them into the cities of America, and he produced the most disciplined, organized and progressive group of Black people ever to be seen in the Western Hemisphere, yet he only had a 4th grade education. He taught Malcolm X who had an 8th grade education!
And Malcolm confounded the scholars of the world with an 8th grade education, but taught by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Muhammad Ali was “Cassius Clay,” just going to be another great fighter until he met with and was taught by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Then he burst onto the scene, one of the greatest fighters that ever lived.
But he was a different kind of fighter. He was a fighter with a message in his mind, a message in his heart; he was a fighter that stood for a principle. He fought the government of the United States against the war in Vietnam, and he prevailed. Even though he was stripped of his title, nevertheless, he came back to win the championship twice more.
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan
My point is, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad had to know something, and had to know Somebody, to say what he said and do what he did and live in America, when Black men who thought so much less than him lost their lives for just thinking as he was bold enough to speak!
Louis Farrakhan, now, is known pretty much throughout the Earth, and honored and respected in many circles of our people. But I was just a common musician. I never graduated from college; I only went to the third year in college. But Elijah Muhammad took me from there, and taught me. He is not an ordinary man. He is an extraordinary man. How do you know? Wisdom is known of its children. If you are wise, you don’t produce a fool.
I am the child of my father, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. I know no other father but him. My biological father died when I was quite young, and even before he died I never knew him. When I met the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, I met my father! He fathered me into knowledge, into wisdom, into understanding.
He brought out of me what The Creator had put in me for the service of my people. So if I am anything of value today, it’s because I had a good father, a good example, a good teacher. And so I stand before the world today to challenge the scholarship of the world on the most important of all subjects: “Who Is God?”
‘Point No. 12 (God is a Man),’ as evidenced inBible, Holy Qur’an
“Who is God?” We all talk about Him, certainly we love Him, we bear witness that He is The Greatest. We live in His Universe: There is nothing to compare with it, so certainly there is nothing to compare with Him! But Who is He?! We want to know our Creator! We want to know God! The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, on the back page of our newspaper, then the Muhammad Speaks, now The Final Call, in Point No. 12, he said:
WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, July, 1930; the long-awaited “Messiah” of the Christians and the “Mahdi” of the Muslims. We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besides HIM there is no God and He will bring about a universal government of peace wherein we all can live in peace together.
Many of the scholars of Islam have said to me, “Brother Farrakhan, why don’t you take that off of the back page?” Many of my Muslim brothers and sisters, who love Allah and love Prophet Muhammad, and love The Qur’an say, “This is un-Islamic, take it away from the page! Allah never has appeared in the form of any man.
Allah is not a man”—but they can’t tell us what He is! I want you to listen to me. I intend to talk to all of you! The scholars of the world of religion, Jews and Christians and Muslims, and whatever your religious persuasion may be: We have got to know today Who is God, that we may not make a mistake and serve other than Him.
The Bible teaches us that God made man “in His own image” and “in His own likeness.” But He is not a man?? The Bible teaches us of Allah (God), that He grieves, He sorrows, He sees, He hears; the wickedness of the wicked stinks in His nostrils; that He loves, that He hates; that Enoch walked with Him. The Bible teaches that God met Abraham in the plains of Mamre; three men came to Abraham, and one of them, the Bible says, was The Lord.
“But He is not a man.” Sarah came out of her tent and said, “Lord, if I have found favor, pass not away”; and Sarah comes out and says, “Lord, if You are hungry, I will feed You.” But how can you feed a spirit? She said, “Sit down, Lord, if You are tired.” How can you sit down if you have nothing to sit down on?
You say, “Yes, Brother Farrakhan, but that is the Bible.” I am not finished with the Bible yet! The Bible said Moses walked with Him, and spoke with Him “face-to-face as a man speaketh to his friend.” Mm? All throughout the scriptures of the Bible we are not dealing with some “spook,” or formless spirit, we are dealing with a man!
Well, what about the Holy Qur’an? “The Holy Qur’an is not dealing with a man.” No! The Holy Qur’an uses the personal pronoun “I.” “I” belongs to who? Talk back to me… The Holy Qur’an uses the soft pronoun “We.” Does God have associates? Does He have partners? Why say “We”? If God Himself revealed the Book, He knows best the language: Why did He use the language of a human being?
These Attributes in The Qur’an are not the attributes of a spirit! He is “Beneficent,” He is “Merciful,” He is “Powerful.” He is “The Life-Giver,” “The Sustainer,” “The Securer,” “The Destroyer.” Spirits don’t do that! Men in whom The Spirit dwells do that. Who is God?!
“Point No. 12”: I shall never take that Point from the back page of the paper, regardless to how many scholars don’t like it. I visited Mecca, and I sat with the scholars, and this was the main point that we wrangled over. And when we finished, the scholars shut their mouths; they had never heard an exposition like that. This is true! So, I figured that what I gave to them I should give to you, since they in Mecca could not defeat the argument.

And every argument they gave me, I gave them back their argument with more detail in it, yet I am born in America, never have been taught in any Islamic school by any scholars or scientists. I was taught by the unlearned one, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. But he don’t make no fools! (I don’t want to get too excited, but this is an exciting subject!)
“Who is God?” If we look at the way the Honorable Elijah Muhammad wrote that Point, it was Point No. “12” of “What The Muslims Believe.” I asked myself, “Why did he call it Point No. ‘12’?” (Why didn’t he make it Point No. 11, Point No. 9, Point No. 10?) Why did he have the word Messiah in quotes (“”), and bold, and why did he have the word Mahdi in quotes, and bold?
What is “Messiah”? Who is “Messiah”? What is the meaning of “Mahdi,” and Who is “Mahdi”? Why did he use these two words, put them in quotes? These words are well known to Christians and Jews; and the word “Mahdi” is well known to Muslims. Why did he use those words?
When you put quotation marks around a word, you sometimes do that to draw particular attention to that word. And if you italicize it, or make it bold, you want it to stand out because you are trying to suggest something subtly to your reader. Well, sometimes we are not wise enough to pick up on subtleties. But there are those among us who can pick up on subtleties; they would ask the question, “Why the quotation mark? Why in bold words?” He is trying to tell the world something about Messiah, something about Mahdi.
Introducing The New Ruler: Rules of interpretation that dispel the mystery of Who God is
God is setting down all false leaders. Hurling them down, not setting; throwing them down! Everybody that you want to worship as a god beside Him, He will destroy them for you, to show you that none today is worthy to be worshipped but God. But we come back to the question, “Who is He?” Let’s get after that number “12”; it is a very significant number.
We have 12 signs in the Universe, is that right? We have 12 inches on a ruler; and the ruler enables us to draw a straight line. We want to go straight today—we have been crooked so long. But you can’t go straight unless you have a ruler that will give you a straight rule to follow. So the Honorable Elijah Muhammad made it Point No. “12” because it is introducing the New Ruler!
The White man today is not going to be a permanent ruler. He will be set down by God… All of the rulers of the world are to be set down. Isn’t that what your Bible teaches? So why put your trust in [presidents, rulers]? You’d better look for the new ruler and make a straight way to Him because all the others are going to be set down.
The world is looking for the return of Jesus Christ. The Jews are looking for The Messiah, and the Muslim world awaits the appearance of Mahdi. But all of these “worlds of religion” are not looking for a spirit or a spook, they are all looking for a man. Am I lying? If The Messiah comes, are you looking for a spirit to pop out of a closet somewhere?
You’re looking for a man. If Jesus Christ returns, who are you looking for? You’re not looking for a spirit, you are looking for the return of a man in flesh and in blood. Is that right? And the Muslims who are looking for The Mahdi: You are not looking for a spirit, you are looking for the coming of a man.
What kind of man is He? He is an extraordinary man; but He is a man, right on. But He is extraordinary. Why should “Mahdi” and “Messiah” come in the form of a man? Because man and woman have been degraded! Man and woman are not “man” and “woman” today; man and woman have become “beast in human form.” Man and woman have degenerated: This is fallen woman, and fallen man. You don’t know resurrected man! You don’t know elevated man.
You don’t know man made in the likeness of God—you don’t know original man—so, therefore, you would have to get acquainted with yourself by God sending one to you in your own form, but mighty in power, mighty in wisdom! Not only carrying light, but is The Light! Then you can get an idea of who you are if you could only recognize Who He is.
In the Book of Revelations it says: “When the seventh angel sounds, the mystery of God will be finished.” “Mystery” means that which is unknown. “Well, wait just a moment! Do you mean to say that God, Who created all of this wonder, is a mystery? That an angel will have to sound, and when that angel speaks, the mystery of God will be finished?”
Why does the Bible say God “will come”? Where has He been? Why does The Qur’an speak of the “days of Allah”? Where has Allah been for all those other days? “I thought every day was His: Why would you make a specific and particular reference to the ‘days of God’?” I think we have to look at this. But before I go any further, I want to say something to the Muslims.
Beloved Muslims, in The Qur’an, in Chapter 3 called “The Family of Amran,” in verse 6, Allah reveals to us the rules of interpretation of His Book. Every person who has some degree of love for God, and scholarship, would want to read the Bible or read The Qur’an, and try to interpret such magnificent Books. God doesn’t want you to be one to mislead yourself and mislead the people, so He gives rules for interpretation of His word.
He says, “He it is who has revealed the Book to thee,” speaking of Prophet Muhammad ibn Abdullah, of 1,400 years ago, “Some of its verses are decisive, and some of the verses are allegorical. Then those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part which is allegorical, seeking to mislead and seeking to give ittheir own interpretation.”
Stop. God does not want us to give His word our own interpretation. I want you to listen, because we who study the word of God have to restrain ourselves from trying to give His word our own interpretation. Why? It takes more than just going to theology school to interpret the word of God.
To interpret God’s word, you have to get up into His Own Mind—and you can’t get there except by His permission. If there are musicians in the house: You can’t play Beethoven well if you don’t study Beethoven. Before you try to play Beethoven’s 5th Symphony, it is wise that you study the man who wrote it.
When you study the man who wrote it, then you study the condition that he was in when he wrote it. Then when you become one with his mind, one with his spirit, then every nuance in it, you can feel it, then you can make Beethoven live even though Beethoven is dead.
You cannot interpret The Wisdom of God unless and until God brings you into oneness with Him; that you begin to know Him in a hint and know Him in a sign, then you can interpret His word. But how many of us are like that? Of course, the vain among us will say: “I am!” And the foolish among us will say, “Me, too!”
But fools rush in where wise men fear to tread… And interpreting the word of God is a “fool’s paradise.” But a wise man will step back from that because it’s dangerous to play with God or to play with His Word, and to deceive and mislead people in the name of God. That’s a dangerous thing to do.
Now, after Allah gives us rules for interpretation, listen to what He says: “And none know its interpretation save Allah.” I’m going to say that again. “And none know its interpretation but God.” He is the only one who knows the hidden meaning of His own word. So the scripture says, “Those firmly rooted in knowledge, they say, ‘We believe in it. It is all from our Lord.’ And none mind except men of understanding.”
The Purpose for God’s Coming in The Person ofMaster Fard Muhammad
Beloved, Master Fard Muhammad was born February 26, 1877 in the Holy City of Mecca. His father was one of the 12 Major Scientists. His mother was a woman from the Caucasus Mountains. He was a specially-made man to go after The Sheep that was lost.
So in order to go after The Sheep that was lost, and “The Sheep” are the Black people lost among White people, He had to have a color that would allow Him to get in among White people and not be discovered.So the scripture say, “He came as a thief in the night. He came without observation. He came in sinful flesh to condemn sin in the flesh.”
Master Fard Muhammad’s mother was a Caucasian woman. I want you to listen good now. Why a White woman? [Now don’t you Black men get crazy and run out of here and go grab you one because the purpose has already been fulfilled! (Smile)] You remember the story of Jesus and the woman; and “seven devils” had to be cast out of the woman?
This was “a wonder in heaven,” this woman from the Caucasus Mountains. But she was approved by the Scientists, that she would give birth to a Son. The father of the Son would anoint the Son, but the Son would grow up to be greater than the one that anointed Him. The father would send the Son, but the Son would be greater than the one that sent Him.
Master Fard Muhammad was born with the capacity to understand the mysteries of the Universe. How is He born to understand the mysteries of the Universe? He was called into existence by The Originator. When The Originator wanted to perfect His Universe, it had to wait until One was born with a perfect knowledge of how to perfect what is imperfect.
This young child was born in Mecca in Arabia—mm. He grew in wisdom and power, and at the age of 6, He saw Himself pushing the Fords, the DuPonts and the Rockefellers into a lake of fire.
At six years old, He came into the knowledge of who He was! Like your little children today at six, they start them in school, but if you train them right from the cradle, at six they will know exactly what they are born into this world to do.
You train your children all wrong, feeding them lies instead of truth, feeding them foolish fairytales; making them think that bunnies talk, and rats talk, and pigs talk, and wolves talk. You’re killing your baby’s mind with fairytales. Feed your baby on truth from day one, and your baby will become a master of truth!
We are not birthed into the brain of God, we are birthed into The Mind of God. “Mind” is not brain, and “brain” is not mind. Brain is the source of mind. Brain is the root of mind. Brain is a repository of electrical energy. Brain is a transmitter and a receiver. If it receives right, it will transmit right.
What you see out here is not the brain of God. You are birthed into God’s Mind! Everything that you see came out of His Mind; therefore, if you feed on His Mind, you can grow into His Mind.
In The Qur’an, the name given to the temporary ruler called “Adam” in The Qur’an is Khalifa. Khalifa. The word Khalifa means “he who supplies the place of another who has perished or died; the successor to; the deputy of.”
Man is the deputy of God. Does God die? Just the physical. But when the physical goes, another stands, and the wisdom comes right through that one; and he is “deputized” to carry out the wisdom of The Originator. He dies; stars are created… But the will of The Originator is being carried out by men, who live and die. You don’t know their names! You don’t know their faces! Because their names and their faces are irrelevant. There is only One “doer” in this Universe, and that is God. He is the only reality—there is no other reality but God!
You say Satan is a reality. Yes, but it’s God acting through the left side. The scripture says that God has a right hand, but He also has a left hand. “Satan” is the left-handed expression; he is the negative side of the original nature. “Satan” is the misuse of power, he is the misuse of knowledge, he is the misuse of women, he is the misuse of sex; he is the misuse of water, of air, of fire… But he is using power from God on the negative side.
God’s coming is after the workings of Satan. And this child that was born in Mecca was born to overturn Satan’s world. He was born to destroy it. He was born to discover it at the foundation and expose it and uproot it and leave it neither root nor branch.He was born of a woman but born to rule…
“For unto us a child is born, and unto us a son is given, and a government shall be upon His shoulders and He shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Prince of Peace, the Everlasting Father and of the increase of His government of peace there shall be no end.”
Now how is He going to make Himself manifest? He grows, and He becomes the power. He knows how to destroy. He governs; He can govern creation: He can give life and cause death. He is Beneficent and Merciful, but He is a human being. The scripture says He came “without observation.”
Habakkuk says “God came from Teman; and the Holy One from Mount Paran.” Mount Paran is in Arabia. “Teman” is in Arabia. “Teman”: If you say it’s a man from a man, “Teman” was one of the sons of Adah. So if he came from Teman, from one of the sons of Adah, then he is the son of a man! And your Bible said, “The Son of Man will come.” Not the son of spirit, but the Son of Man.
“As lightening shineth from the East even unto the West, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be, for wheresoever the carcass is there shall the eagles be gathered together.” The symbol of America is an eagle. She has flown higher than any other bird. She has ascended above the clouds. Yet the scripture says, “I will bring you down to the sides of the pit to hell.” Yeah, this enemy has become more powerful than any other being or nation on the Earth in the annals of the last 6,000 years of history.
America, she is powerful. How did she become powerful? She killed off the Native Americans; brought our fathers out of Africa and robbed us totally of the knowledge of self, and deprived us of human rights much less civil rights; sold the people of God not for a decade, not for a century, but for four centuries. But God said “I, even I, will search the Earth for My sheep that is lost. And I will bring My sheep again.”
Here we are: The Lost people, The Lost Sheep, The Lost Tribe. Lost in America; lost in the way of White people.Lost… “All in Adam die,” and we died in the way of White people. So you are not a living Black man and woman, you are considered a “dead” Black man and a “dead” Black woman. You are no longer what you once were, and you need to be raised to life. But who can give you life? He said, “I am The Resurrection and The Life.
Unfortunately, race relations will continue to get worse because the government just cannot provide enough food, clothing, shelter and jobs, or justice, for us. And as we sit around, waiting for somebody else to do this for us—and demanding what we feel are our basic rights as so-called citizens—we are making our former slave masters and their children more angry with us; and thus, they are becoming more disagreeable to live with in peace. That’s why the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, “We must be separated if we don’t want to continue to suffer great loss.”

We wish to examine the inability of the grafted human being and the natural man to coexist in real peace, with justice; we will look at some of the reasons why it is becoming more and more difficult for us to live in peace with our former slave masters and their children. And, why “separation” will prove to be the only answer to the problem between the Black man and woman and the White people of America.
On the back page of Muhammad Speaks starting in 1962, and now on the inside back page of The Final Call, is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s “Muslim Program.” The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said to me that what you find on that back page is The Constitution of The Nation of Islam: “What The Muslims Want” and “What The Muslims Believe.” You will find that “What The Muslims Want” is what each and every human being on our planet wants for themselves.
The “No. 1 Want” (“Point No. 1”): “We want freedom. We want a full and complete freedom.” We ask the question: Can we grow, fully, without the knowledge and without the freedom to grow, or are we yet slaves whose sphere of freedom is limited according to the wishes of our former slave masters? If someone can limit our growth—tell us “how high” we can rise, or stop us from rising, then we do not have a “full” and “complete” freedom.
Regardless of the good of the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to the United States Constitution, if there is no enforcement of those amendments, then they are not a reality in our lives. Then our freedom is curtailed, our freedom is limited, according to the wishes of our former slave masters and their children.
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan
Point No. 2 of The Muslim Constitution, or “Wants,” is: “We want justice. Equal justice under the law. We want justice applied equally to all, regardless of creed or class or color.”
Can we get that under the construct of what is defined as “America,” its laws; and the mentality and attitude of those who administrate those laws? Today, we cry out for justice! Today, we seek justice—applied equally to all, regardless of our creed or our class, or our color! But do we have that? No … Do you think we could ever get it under the present rulers, and their system of governance?
Point No. 3: “We want equality of opportunity. We want equal membership in society with the best in civilized society.” How could this ever become a reality under the present construct? How can we ever have equality with “the best in civilized society” when we exist in a savage state?
And “the savage” is a person that has lost the knowledge of self, and is living the life of a beast; and “the civilized person,” who is the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his representatives, are not allowed the complete freedom to civilize the savage people of ours, so that we could become equal in society, with the best in civilized society.
Since we cannot get freedom, justice and equality in this society under this rule, and under these rulers, then the Honorable Elijah Muhammad says in Point No. 4: “We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a separate state or territory of their own—either on this continent or elsewhere.
We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and that the area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in this separate territory for the next 20 to 25 years—until we are able to produce and supply our own needs.” And then, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad states his reasons:
“Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality, after giving them [450] years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe that our contributions to this land and the suffering forced upon us by White America justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own.”
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us of the origin of the Caucasian people; that they were grafted from us, and they were given dominion and power to rule us, The Original People, for a limited period of “6,000 years.” He taught us “how” this happened, “where” it happened, “when” it happened, and most importantly, “why” it happened. You may find this deep scientific information in his monumental book, Message To The Blackman in America on pages 112-118.
The scientists are now agreeing with the Honorable Elijah Muhammad about the time of the White race’s appearance on our planet, and their nature. So many have mocked and ridiculed Mr. Muhammad’s Teachings about “Yakub” that he said “Allah taught him.” That the White man first appeared 6,000 years ago on an island in the Aegean Sea called Pelan, or “Patmos”—but White scientists are now confirming the reality of this event in their history, and this revelation from Allah to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
According to the National Geographic Society, scientists studying DNA have now confirmed, “Europeans as a people are younger than we thought”—this is in an article published April 23, 2013 in National Geographic’s Daily News titled “Modern Europe’s History Starts in Stone Age” written by Ker Than.
Professor Alan Cooper, director of the Australian Centre for Ancient DNA at the University of Adelaide, analyzed DNA from ancient skeletons and found that the genetic makeup of modern Europe was established just 6,500 years ago. According to the National Geographic Daily News article, Professor Cooper said: “The genetics show that something around that point caused the genetic signatures of previous populations to disappear. However, we don’t know what happened or why … ”
Other scientists have come to the same conclusions: Dr. Keith Cheng, a geneticist at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, led a study that shows the evolution of a gene for skin color; and suggests that Europeans “lightened up quite recently, perhaps only 6,000 to 12,000 years ago.”
[April 20, 2007, Science magazine, “European Skin Turned Pale Only Recently, Gene Suggests”] Dr. Hans Eiberg of the University of Copenhagen confirmed that all blue-eyed humans have a “genetic mutation” that he says occurred “6,000-10,000 years ago.”
His team found a specific gene, known as the “OCA2 gene,” which, if altered, would result in human beings without melanin in their hair, eyes, or skin color, a condition known as “albinism.” [January 30, 2008, The Telegraph (U.K.), “Blue eyes result of ancient ‘genetic mutation’: Blue eye colour originated near The Black Sea” by Roger Highfield, Science Editor.]
Dr. Jonathan Pritchard, with other researchers at the University of Chicago, found “where genes appear to have been reshaped by natural selection … within the last 5,000 to 15,000 years.” [March 7, 2006, The New York Times “Science” section, article titled “Still Evolving, Human Genes Tell New Story” by Nicholas Wade.]
Read pages 110 and 125-126 of Message To The Blackman: Incredibly, Dr. Pritchard estimates that the point in time when the genes of the Asian and European populations were altered was “6,600 years ago”—the exact date that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught that Mr. Yakub began his Patmos Island grafting process.
These scientists, Cooper, Eiberg, Cheng and Pritchard, have scientifically “zeroed in” on a date in time that corresponds exactly to the Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad; but the scientists are yet unable to account for the reason for this dramatic genetic convulsion in the human family.
According to the National Geographic Daily News article, Professor Cooper said: “This population moves in around 4,000 to 5,000 [B.C.]”—that’s about 6,500 years ago—“but where it came from remains a mystery,”—of course, it’s not a “mystery” today!—“as we can’t see anything like it in the areas surrounding Europe.”
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said that they were given only 6,000 years to rule, and after that time, One greater than the one who brought them into existence would come and end their rule. That One is referred to in the scriptures of the Bible as the “Son of Man”; and in the Holy Qur’an, it is “The Great Mahdi,” Whose presence would be made known by The Messiah at the end of the time of this new people to rule. And, that end is now.
In the Book of Deuteronomy, the Chapter 28, verses 15-18—and, I would advise you to take and read the whole chapter—the scripture teaches: “But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field. Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store. Cursed shall be the fruit of thy [womb], and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.” …
These curses are now taking place, because of the things that Jesus prophesied “wars and rumors of wars; famine, pestilence, earthquakes in divers places” … But the greatest thing that is happening is the natural death of the White race.
Two of the factors causing our former slave masters and their children to be more antagonistic towards us are “The White birth decline” in Europe and America; and, at the same time of their birth decline. … . In the United States, the current fertility rate of American citizens is 1.6. But [with] the influx of Latino nations, the rate increases to 2.11—the bare minimum required to sustain a culture. In 1970, there were 100,000 Muslims in America. And today, there are over 9 million, according to those who study populations.
This is like a warning to White people, to get ready for a change that they are not in control of. According to such scholars, “2-2.1 live births down to 1.8 live births” means that in 25 years there will be a cultural change—but will you, as a White person, be able to survive? Once your birth rate goes to “1.6 and under,” it is “impossible to reverse”… .
This video bears witness to what the Bible says: “their womb would be cursed,” and “their land would be cursed.” If this is true, then within 100 years White people may be nonexistent on our planet.
As the Caucasian sees his birth rate declining in America and around the world, and sees the rise in births among the Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, and the darker peoples of the Third World, his fear of the loss of his ability to continue to rule produces in him a state of mind that makes him more disagreeable to live with in peace.
Conservative commentator Patrick Buchanan, in his 2002 book titled: “The Death of The West: How Dying Populations and Immigrant Invasions Imperil Our Country and Civilization,” shared his views on a declining White American population. He writes on page 12: “The prognosis is grim.
Between 2000 and 2050, world population will grow by more than three billion to over nine billion people, but this 50 percent increase in global population will come entirely in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, as one hundred million people of European stock vanish from the earth.
In 1960, people of European ancestry were one-fourth of the world’s population; in 2000, they were one-sixth; in 2050, they will be one-tenth [of the world’s population]. These are the statistics of a vanishing race. A growing awareness of what they portend has induced a sense of foreboding, even panic, in Europe.”
What is the meaning of “foreboding”? It is a noun; it means “fearful apprehension”—a feeling that something bad will happen. As an adjective, it means to imply, or seeming to imply, that something bad is going to happen. “Forebode” means to have a presentiment of something bad.
This foreboding has an effect on their (White people’s) mental state. And as they begin to lose the power to rule, and as these curses that are mentioned in Deuteronomy and other places in the Bible and Holy Qur’an begin to afflict them, then the level of civilization that they once displayed begins to gradually decline into absolute bestiality.
When you have this declining birth rate, which means the loss of their power to rule, the destruction of their economy, the fall of their currency, the foreboding of the weather and famine, and the destruction of the power of their religion over the darker people of the world: What affect does it have on the state of mind of one who has been made to rule?
And when you couple it with “the spread of an organized religion,” wherein the founder of that religion is not in any way responsible for what it says, or what it has done—for Jesus did not preach “Christianity”; he never knew it existed. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad taught us that the Jesus of 2,000 years ago taught Freedom, Justice and Equality.
Unfortunately, Christianity has been used as a doctrine of “White Supremacy” to oppress the darker peoples of the world. What affect does it have on the state of mind of one made to rule to see Islam rising all over the planet? And rising in America, and rising throughout the World?
These events, circumstances and factors should help us to understand the wicked polices that have been implemented by the government of America to exercise “population control” through depopulation of the darker peoples of the world.
And even though these wicked plans are now being practiced, yet the population of Third World people continues to rise; so even though we are being poisoned in the water, poisoned in the food, and by the spreading of disease, yet we are still here, and we are still multiplying.
But here is something to consider; for “the state of mind” of our Black Leadership class is this: They cannot see themselves in any way being separated from their former slave masters and their children. They can’t see it; they don’t want to see it! And really, most don’t want it … To think of “separation in a land of their own,” using their creative talent and capability in every field of human endeavor—but using this knowledge for the benefit of self?
And so when our leaders think like that, they are going to continue to press the government, press White people (pleading): “We want to stay with you!”—and the anger is going to increase; and the blood shedding will increase.
In 1957, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was in a debate with J.B. Stoner, the Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. It was a debate in written correspondence. [On the concluding pages of Message To The Blackman in America (pages 330-341), in the chapter “Answer to Critics,” you can read J.B. Stoner’s letter, and the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s response.]
Mr. Stoner is known to have said “in the future, the Klan won’t wear robes”—that they will be in the various police departments, in the various offices of government; they would be in corporate America, judges and prosecutors. But, their idea would be the same as those who had their white hoods on, and hanged and castrated and beat Blacks, and burned crosses on our lawns.
And this is what we are seeing today in America: From the streets of “stop-and-frisk”; of this racial profiling; of judges and courts wherein we cannot seem to get justice.
It is The Presence of The Truth of “The Time and What Must Be Done” that is also making the transgenic, or grafted, human being completely disagreeable to live with in peace.
Let us look at how America, in which we presently live, was formed. In The Declaration of Independence, written almost exclusively by Thomas Jefferson, it reads, in part:
“In Congress, July 4, 1776. A Declaration by The Representatives of The United States of America, in General Congress assembled. When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. –That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. …”
What is the meaning of these terms, “unalienable,” “life,” “liberty” and “happiness”?
“Unalienable” means it is impossible to take away; not able to be transferred or taken away, because of being protected by Natural law. “Life” is a noun that means existence in the physical world, the quality that makes living animals and plants different from dead organisms and inorganic matter; its functions include the ability to take in food of that environment, grow and reproduce.
“Liberty” is the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life, behavior or political views. “Happiness” is the state of being happy; feeling or showing pleasure, contentment or joy; causing or characterized by pleasure, contentment or joy; feeling satisfied that something is right or has been done right. …
What would make you “happy”? You go to bed at night, and you dream about things that you would like to see different; you dream about things that you desire in your life, personally. And when you get up the next morning after sleep, you pursue that which will make you “happy” or “contented” in your life.
The Holy Qur’an says Allah (God) “made the night for rest and sleep, and the day to rise up again,” seeking the bounty of your Lord—and if you are restrained from that pursuit, by some effort of somebody else to keep you from fulfilling your pursuit of happiness, then that hinders, thwarts and restrains you.
And whatever does that is an enemy of you, provided that your pursuit of happiness does not destroy the happiness of others, and provided that your pursuit of happiness is in accord with The Nature of your creation, which is a Nature of Righteousness. If these “unalienable rights” are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, we are endowed with the rights to this by The Creator, and any infringement on these rights, then, is “devil.”
“The Declaration of Independence” is not The United States Constitution; it is just “declaring the reasons” why the 13 original colonies desired to separate from the British, to eventually become what would be called “The United States of America.” Their reasons for separating are universal, and our reasons for separating today are the same.
The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said “The Elements of Life” are Freedom, Justice and Equality, and anything, and anyone, that deprives us of these three Essentials of Life has created death for us, and is “devil.” So if “Life” is “Freedom, Justice and Equality,” and you oppose my freedom, you oppose justice, you oppose equality for me and for us, then how could I be “happy” when my pursuit of these justly-endowed principles by my Creator are interfered with by your desire to keep me as a “slave” and as a “tool”?
You have become a “devil” to me now. So the Question is asked in our Lessons (“Lost-Found Muslim Lesson No. 2,” Q&A No. 34] “Can you reform devil?” and The Answer is, “No. All the prophets have tried …” What does that say? It tells us that you will never be content with somebody else being free from you if you are “born to rule them,” or you see yourself as “entitled to rule.”
So if we come up, and we say we do not want any longer to be ruled by you, then to you we have become “a threat.”
My dear and beloved brothers and sisters, in closing, study the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s words in Message To The Blackman. He writes on page 36, “Separation of the so-called Negros from their slave-masters’ children is a MUST. It is the only solution to our problem. You must know”—
Black man and woman of America—“that this is the time of our separation and the judgment of this [present] world …which you and I have known . …” On page 38: “Let us make this clear. I am not begging. For, it pleases Allah, He will give us a home, and I am with Him. Today, according to Allah’s Word, we are living in a time of the great separation of the Blacks and the Whites.”—and, “…The separation would be a blessing for both sides.”
And on page 45, he continues: “You must know that you have not been rightly civilized. [And] No [man] can enslave another who has equal education (knowledge). My people lack science of the right kind. Allah is here to give you and me a superior knowledge of things and a country to ourselves.
Separation of the so-called Negroes from their slave-masters’ children is a must. It was the only solution, according to the Bible, for Israel and the Egyptians, and it will prove to be the only solution for America and her slaves, whom she mockingly calls her citizens without granting citizenship. We must keep this in our minds at all times; we are actually being mocked.”

The Nation of Islam celebrated its annual Saviours’ Day commemoration of Master Fard Muhammad, God in Person, from February 20-23, on the grounds of the National Center in Chicago.
On the second day of the commemoration held Feb. 21, plenary sessions were held, with health being one of the topics highlighted. Speaking on the topic were Sister Dr. Safiyya Shabazz, Sister Dr. Darnita Muhammad, and cardiology resident Sister Naa’irah Muhammad.
Brother Tariq Muhammad, a student in the ministry class, was the moderator. “Health: Preventative Care, Nutrition, Mental Health,” was the title of the session.
Sister Dr. Naa’irah discussed cardiovascular disease prevention, presenting not just the causes but exactly what cardiovascular disease is and how to prevent experiencing the potentially life-ending disease.

The captivated audience learned that 47% of American adults have hypertension (high blood pressure) which leads to cardiovascular disease. In the United States, this disease is the leading cause of death for Black people. An estimated $417.9 billion is spent in annual direct and indirect costs of cardiovascular disease in the United States.
Some of the risk factors for the development of cardiovascular disease are obesity, diabetes, having a sedentary lifestyle, smoking, high cholesterol, alcohol consumption, unhealthy eating habits, and mental stress.
Sister Dr. Naa’irah stressed that eating fruits whole instead of juicing will allow the consumer to gain the full benefit of the fruit and is a good way to prevent disease development.
Other healthy lifestyle choices are consuming vegetables, avoiding store bought canned food because of the salt content, eating whole wheat bread, and consuming plant protein such as navy beans and lentils, which are healthier than animal protein. She attended medical school in Cuba.
“I learned about Cuba through the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, and I was really impressed with their health care system. They are a third world country that has better [health] outcomes than the United States.
I remember reading an article where former Cuban leader, Fidel Castro knew there were third world communities in the United States and he offered full scholarships to study medicine in Cuba [for them to] return to the United States and serve our communities.
An opportunity to learn a different language and connect with another group of people was something that was very appealing to me,” Sister Dr. Naa’irah shared with The Final Call.
Sister Dr. Darnita’s presentation was entitled, “The Impact of Nutrition (Physical, Mental, and Spiritual) On Our Health and Healing.”
Highlighting points from the book, “How to Eat to Live” by the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Sister Dr. Darnita taught the audience the importance of reading and applying the instructions on what foods to eat, which ones to stay from, specifically the hog, and fasting.
Fasting encourages weight loss, promotes diabetes prevention, improves brain health, improves heart health, and reduces inflammation, she said.
Sister Dr. Safiyya Shabazz, a Philadelphia-based physician, stated that diabetes is a $413 billion disease in the United States. Mental health conditions linked to diabetes are depression and anxiety. Diabetes nearly doubles the risk of dementia. Diabetes triggers inflammation in the brain. She emphasized that “How to Eat to Live,” when followed, saves lives.
Sister Dr. Safiyya relayed a timely instruction from Student Minister Ishmael Muhammad, National Assistant to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, to get periodic health screenings and checkups.
Sister Marcia Muhammad, is a student in the ministry class in Chicago and said the information presented was informative and she liked how the information was presented. “The presenters made the information relatable and used words that were easy to understand. I like how, ‘How to Eat to Live,’ was emphasized.”
Sister Nicole 4X of New York stated, “I thought the information was excellent, I am thankful to Allah (God) that I was able to be here.”
