$22B on military
The U.S. has spent more than $22B on military aid to Israel and on funding Israeli aggressions across the region over the past year, a new report says.
According to a report published by Brown University’s Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, the U.S. has given Israel $17.9 billion in military aid since the onset of the genocidal war on Gaza last October. In inflation-adjusted dollars, this marks the highest amount of military aid to the regime.
The figure surpasses U.S. military aid to the regime during the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.
The dollar figure is also nearly quadruple the amount given to Israel in the 1980s during its war against the Palestinian Liberation Organization in Lebanon, its 15-year occupation of Lebanon, and its 2006 war against Hezbollah, the Middle East Eye said.

According to the report, the aid to Israel includes military financing, weapons sales, and transfers from U.S. weapons stockpiles.
The report highlights how U.S. taxpayer dollars given to Israel as part of military aid have surged in the past year.
Its authors, however, cautioned the figure is incomplete, citing the U.S. administration’s “efforts to hide the full amounts of aid and types of systems through bureaucratic maneuvering.”
“The figure of $17.9 billion in U.S. security assistance to Israel from October 2023 to September 2024 is a fraction of the full value of U.S. support for this war, which will only be determined over time,” they said.
The report also noted that the U.S. has spent an additional $4.8 billion funding pro-Israel operations in the region, including in Yemen, since the eruption of the war.
Since the onset of the war, the Yemeni forces have carried out scores of operations in support of the war-hit Gazans, striking targets throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to targeting Israeli ships or vessels heading towards ports in the occupied territories.
The United States and the United Kingdom have been carrying out strikes against Yemen after the Biden administration and its allies offered the Tel Aviv regime unqualified support and said that Yemeni forces bear the consequences of their attacks against Israeli-owned ships or merchant vessels heading to the occupied territories.
The unwavering support of the U.S. for Israel came despite opposition from some American officials, lawmakers and many human rights groups concerned about the killing of civilians in Gaza, and now the West Bank and Lebanon.
“America’s diplomatic cover for, and continuous flow of arms to, Israel has ensured our undeniable complicity in the killings and forced starvation of a besieged Palestinian population in Gaza,” former U.S. government officials, including former members of the U.S. State Department and military, said in a joint statement in July.
Israel launched the war on Gaza after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas waged the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity on October 7, 2023, in response to the Israeli regime’s decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
The regime’s bloody onslaught on Gaza has so far killed more than 41,909 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured 97,303 others. Thousands more are also missing and presumed dead under rubble.
Israel has also been targeting Lebanon since October 2023, when it launched the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
Lebanon’s Hezbollah has been responding to the aggression with numerous retaliatory operations.

the struggles of life: 1) a hostile environment; 2) overcoming overwhelming odds; 3) pulling up against the force of gravity.
No person or people become great having an easy time. Most of you think that if Allah (God) loves you, you are supposed to have life on a silver platter. Allah (God), and life, does not work that way. We must get away from that old, ignorant way of thinking. Allah (God) has ordained struggle for all living things. Man has struggled to conquer the hostile environment of the jungle, and he has. Man has struggled to conquer the hostile environment of the desert, and he has. Man has struggled to conquer the oceans and its depths, struggled to conquer mountains, and he has. Man struggled to conquer the hostile environment of space. Nothing remains in the path of man who is resolved or determined to succeed. If we conquered the most hostile of environments of life before we had a developed intelligence, what should we be able to do now that we are developing a higher degree of intelligence?
Our fathers came across the Atlantic Ocean in the holds of ships during slavery. This journey was called the “Middle Passage.” Many of our fathers and mothers were lost in the ocean. Some scholars give very conservative estimates of 100 million lives lost in the Middle Passage. But who made it to the shores of the West Indies and the shores of America? Only the strongest of the strong. No wonder the scriptures teach us that the race is not to the swift, but to the one who can endure to the end.
And that is what the real challenge represents. It represents the furthest point beyond which we can go. It represents contest; it represents struggle. However, if you jump into that struggle, know that you can survive. To survive means to outlast, to outlive, to go beyond. It means to stress one’s power to endure as in overcoming difficulty. If we want to survive, there is a way. I know that the enemy has plans. We should consider his plans. Yes, his plans are deadly, his might is great, but the Honorable Elijah Muhammad said the unity of the Black man would give us a weapon more powerful than any hydrogen or atomic bomb.
We Must Unite
If Black people came together anywhere in America, there is nothing that we could not have if we wanted it. The unity of more than 30 million of us in America would guarantee our survival. In fact, the unity of one million of us in America would guarantee survival for all of our people. To achieve survival, however, there are things that each of us must sacrifice. There is no way to survive unless we come into unity, and there is no way to have unity unless we give up the things that keep us from having unity. Survival starts with you and me. Don’t look to big government plans. Look to yourself and ask yourself, “Am I, as an individual, willing to struggle, to exert myself to the fullest to ensure that I outlast what is coming upon this world?” If you make the commitment and say “yes,” then there is a job that you have to do right now as an individual.
Don’t tell me you want to survive and you are smoking a cigarette. If you don’t have the will to stop smoking a cigarette that contains 19 deadly poisons, stifling your lungs, poisoning your bloodstream, interfering with your ability to think and see clearly, then let’s not talk about the greater problem, because we have already failed the test on the simple problem. How can we talk about survival and engage in that which kills self?
We must also understand that eating the wrong foods, and even eating too much of the best foods, is not good for our health if we want to survive. During the plague in Europe, the Jews survived. And many of the ignorant, seeing the Jews surviving the plague, began to kill the Jews, thinking that they had brought the plague about. But they later found out that what caused the Jews to survive was their diet: they were eating day-old bread or bread that had molded, and in that mold was penicillin and that penicillin caused them to survive that plague.
Some of you will go and light up your marijuana, or get a little cocaine. How can we talk about the survival of the Black man yet engage in the Black man’s extinction? Some of you are so greedy for money that you left religion and went to selling dope. Some so-called “Muslims” are doing this. Some Moorish Scientists are doing this. Some so-called “Christians” and “Hebrews” are doing this. If we want to survive, we must stop doing the things that contribute to our destruction. If we want to survive, we must stop promoting banners or ideologies and denying the principles that support those banners or ideologies.
Principles for Survival
If we want to survive, we have got to give up stealing. If we want to survive, we have to give up lying. Anytime we lie, we undermine our own character development. No matter how bad the situation seems, if we tell the truth, we begin building our character, and when we build character, we create trust in each other, we build confidence in each other. How can any institution that we build survive if we don’t have any trust or confidence in one another? And none of us can have confidence in a liar.
We must strive to make our word our bond. That is a principle of survival. Can we have unity if we are gossiping about each other? Can we create brotherhood spying on one another, back-biting one another? Once we are prone to gossip, and doing dirty things behind each other’s backs, the enemy of our unity sees this. He has his electronic devices on us night and day. And once he finds us weak in character, he uses this to destroy our organizations and discredit us. So each one of us has to police ourselves. The program of survival starts with you and me. If we would just stop doing the negative things that we do to each other, we would be 50 percent on the road to survival.
Every leader, every preacher, every teacher, every scholar must recognize that we must stop being hirelings and start being good shepherds. A hireling is one who does what he does for money. If we only lead for money, teach for money, guide for money, prestige and vain glory, soon we will lose those who once looked to us for guidance. We must challenge injustice wherever it is and the people will walk with us. But we have to be willing to make the sacrifice ourselves.
Black intellectuals and Black bourgeoisie: We need you! Your brainpower has got to stop thinking all day and night for ITT and IBM and the big corporations and banks of America. You must give some of your energy and expertise to the liberation struggle of your people. You must learn that no one man can rise above the condition of his people. You must learn that your people are depending upon you. You must learn that you need your people because the White man is cutting you out little by little. If you don’t quickly recognize that you need your people as your people need you, then as the economy falls, and the White man’s problems intensify, he is most assuredly going to increase his misuse of you and then throw you back in the laps of your people. You must come home to self!
The Ultimate Challenge
If we would today begin to think that our differences are minor, and our internal enemies are major, and work to scrutinize and uproot those internal contradictions, then we will have faced the ultimate challenge.
The ultimate challenge is not the White man. The ultimate challenge is ourselves. The ultimate challenge is not the United States government. The ultimate challenge is the foolish and weak government that rules our brains. The ultimate challenge is to root out and destroy the negative forces within ourselves. Once we can root out those negative forces within ourselves and recognize that the hostile environment within ourselves and in the society is what we need to flex the muscles of our will against, and once we recognize that even though the odds are great and seem overwhelming, that they are not odds that we cannot overcome; and once we realize that we must pull up against the gravity of our vain and personal desires that keep us self divided, then we will survive.

you never know
It is so beautiful when The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad tells us that he was visited by The Lord of the worlds. Yes, a man; but not “a” man, The Man! The Man that The Qur’an was talking about; One perfect, One that obtained to perfection.
Yet a man, a man born; yet, born to be God, born to be Ruler, born to be King of kings and Lord of lords! Born to be Jehovah, that we might be His witnesses. Think it over, beloved!
And the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad said, in the midst of White America, “I met with The Man. Allah came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad.”
In the Holy Qur’an, Chapter 2, verse 28, the question is asked: “How can you deny Allah and you were without life and He gave you life? Again, He will cause you to die and again bring you to life, then you shall be brought back to Him.”
Beloved Black people in America, I ask you: How can you deny Almighty Allah (God), and the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, when through the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad we received the gift of life?
The gift of life that has come to us from God through the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad has put us, now, into a trial: We may be thankful, or we could be unthankful. It is entirely up to you! But we have partaken of The Light of God from the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.
He has shown us a life to live that would prosper us! He has guided us, and given us a program that would make us successful if we follow the elements in that program!
So many of you who know of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad want to follow his economic program, but you don’t want his spiritual program. How foolish can you be?
How can you deny that the man is from God, and yet take an element of his program? You are just like the hypocrites of the Holy Qur’an and Bible that want to take a piece of The Word of God, because that pleases you, but you want to reject that part of the Book that doesn’t please you.
Mother Tynnetta Muhammad, Wife of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, once said that he taught her when she opens the Holy Qur’an, she must
- Put The Qur’an to her forehead,
- She must kiss The Qur’an, then
- She must turn it over on its back, press it to her forehead, and kiss The Qur’an again, and
- Then say Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim. A’udhu Billahi Minash Shaitan-ir Rajeem (“In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful. I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan”), and then open the Book!
But the placing of the Book to your forehead and the kissing of the front cover, and the placing of the back of the Book to your forehead and the kissing of the back cover means that you cannot accept a part of the Book that pleases you and deny the part that displeases you.
You must accept The Word of God from one cover to another, from the beginning of the revelation to the end of it; it is all yours! And you are tested by those parts of the revelation that may displease you.
Jesus had some crazy followers like that. They came to Jesus and said, “Master, how can I obtain the kingdom of heaven?” He said, “Do the law of Moses,” and the young man said, “I’m already doing that.” Then Jesus said, “Go take your possessions, sell them, give away your wealth to the poor, then come pick up your cross, deny yourself and follow me.”
The man said, “Later, Jesus!” (Smile). [Those who say they are followers] want the results, but they don’t want the sacrifice. They want the good of the revelation, but they don’t want to keep up the covenant.
How can you deny Allah (God), and you were without life and He gave you life? But He promises that you will die, and again bring you back to life—and this is exactly what has happened in the life of The Man, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad. The Man, the light of the world! The Man, him who walked among you! The Light that was in the darkness, but we comprehended it not!
But after the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad left us, many of us denied him. And in denying him, we denied the light; and in denying the light, we denied the way that the light pointed out! And the way that the light points out is the way of life and belief and gratitude.
And when we denied that light, and denied that life, and denied that way, we became ungrateful
And now, those who once followed the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad have degenerated into the death that they were in before they met him.
But it is not totally lost!
But you must recognize
The Man! “The Man” is the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad:
He is a man, yet a man made into a God by The Lord of the worlds!
Not a prophet, but the end of prophets
In his first days among us, he came among us as a “messenger” delivering a message; but that is his first state.
In his second state, he is crowned Lord of all!
This is what your Book tells you!

In his first public statement since being released from prison in June, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange urged European lawmakers to take action to protect journalists from being prosecuted for their reporting work, warning that his yearslong case is directly tied to self-censorship and the chilling of press freedom.
Assange spoke to the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights (PACE) at the Council of Europe, which includes members from across the continent, in Strasbourg, France, and warned that current legal protections for journalists and whistleblowers “were not effective in any remotely reasonable time,” as evidenced by the 14 years he spent in prison or otherwise in confinement for his work.
“I want to be totally clear,” said Assange. “I am not free today because the system worked. I am free today because after years of incarceration I pleaded guilty to journalism. I pleaded guilty to seeking information from a source.”
Assange was released from Belmarsh Prison in London in June after being incarcerated there for five years. His release was secured when he agreed to plead guilty to one felony count of illegally obtaining and disclosing national security materials in a deal with the U.S. government.
He had spent years fighting U.S. efforts to extradite him, threatening him with a sentence of up to 170 years in a federal prison, as punishment for state secrets, WikiLeaks published.
The media organization reported on a series of leaks provided by former U.S. Army soldier Chelsea Manning regarding the Army’s killing of unarmed civilians in Iraq, as well as publishing diplomatic cables.
“I was formally convicted by a foreign power for asking, for receiving and publishing truthful information about that power, while I was in Europe,” said Assange, who is Australian, on Oct. 1. “The fundamental issue is simple: Journalists should not be prosecuted for doing their jobs.”
Assange told PACE members that he had believed that Article 10 of European Convention of Human Rights, which protects the right to freedom of expression and freedom of the media, would protect him from prosecution.
“Similarly, looking at the U.S. First Amendment to its Constitution … no publisher had ever been prosecuted for publishing classified information from the United States,” said Assange. “I expected some kind of harassment legal process. I was pre-prepared to fight for that.”
He continued:
“My naiveté was in believing in the law. When push comes to shove, laws are just pieces of paper, and they can be reinterpreted for political expediency.
“They are the rules made by the ruling class more broadly. And if those rules don’t suit what it wants to do, it reinterprets them or hopefully changes them.
In the case of the United States, we angered one of the constituent powers of the United States. The intelligence sector … It was powerful enough to push for a reinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution.”
He said he ultimately “chose freedom over unrealizable justice,” as the U.S. was intent on imprisoning him for the rest of his life unless he entered the guilty plea.
Assange added that his case set a “dangerous precedent,” and that since his arrest he has observed “more impunity, more secrecy, more retaliation for telling the truth, and more self-censorship.”
“It is hard not to draw a line from the U.S. government crossing the Rubicon by internationally criminalizing journalism to the chilled climate for freedom of expression now,” said Assange.
His comments echoed the findings of Reporters Without Borders (RSF), which published its annual press freedom index in May. The group found that “in the Americas, the inability of journalists to cover subjects related to organized crime, corruption, or the environment for fear of reprisals poses a major problem.”
The U.S. fell 10 places in the annual ranking, with citing “open antagonism from political officials” such as Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, “including calls to jail journalists.” RSF also cited the government’s pursuit of Assange’s extradition.
In Europe, said Assange Oct. 1, “the criminalization of news-gathering activities is a threat to investigative journalism everywhere.”

How do I let go of someone I love?
Ask yourself “ Do you have any other option rather than letting go? “
I know and I can understand letting go someone you love will be a tough task but you know what seeing your loved one under the arms of someone else will be the toughest and most painful job which will hurt you to the next level.
So Do you want to get hurt? No right? None want but for that you have to let go.
so now come on the question how will you let go.
- Accept the reality that you don’t have any option rather then letting go. If you create an option your brain will force you to choose easy and less painful options like becoming friends etc. which ultimately in the long run to hurt you a lot. So first accept that letting go is the only option you have.
- Go completely no contact with that person which includes stalking profiles on social media too. You have to give time for your wounds to get heal. Contacting the person will keep scratching your wounds again and again.
- Make yourself busy. Busy with what you love, following your passion, and doing mental or physical exercise because an ideal brain will keep taking to overthinking which ultimately knocks on the door to depression.
- Environment matters a lot. No doubt you can fight the situation alone but if you have supportive friends, parents or even pets take their help because they will act as catalysts for your healing.
- Become your favourite. Start loving yourself for everything. Proud of yourself and do all those activities which bring happiness to your face.
Letting go of someone whom you love is a journey which is going to test your patience, endurance and mental stability and ends with making a better version of yourself.

How can husbands who are cheated on by their wives find peace in their heart and move on without resentment?
Husbands take their wife’s cheating BADLY.
One reason is the biological instinct for jealousy, and hating to be deceived.
The other reason is that before marriage she was in mush & lust with him and then switched from 90%=YES to 90%=NO, dodging kisses & refusing sex after just a few years. She told him that she still LOVED him as a PROVIDER, but didn’t like romance anymore. When she has an affair she does everything (and more) she refused her husband since the honeymoon with the new guy, before she hardly knew him.
Basically, she still CRAVED sex but wasn’t attracted to her husband, so the husband feels compared to the new guy AND used as a PROVIDER.
INFLATION’S RISE AND FALL
As inflation began to rise in 2021, most policymakers and analysts predicted that the increase would be neither particularly large nor persistent. But by 2022, inflation had become an acute problem for central bankers. Then, after some of the sharpest and most synchronized monetary policy tightening on record, world inflation ebbed almost as suddenly as it had risen.
We see two broad explanations. The first stresses that inflation rose at the same time in most countries because they were subjected—to varying degrees—to a similar sequence of shocks: the pandemic, mobility restrictions, and associated economic policy measures, especially the extent of fiscal and monetary support. This emphasizes domestic drivers. More fiscal and monetary support, tighter labor markets, or less-well-anchored inflation expectations would translate into higher inflation.
The second stresses that inflation rose everywhere at the same time, not because local shocks were identical across countries, but because global causes were at play. The surge in energy and food prices, intensified by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, triggered an energy crisis akin to the 1970s oil shocks. Geopolitics was the cause of both series of events.
